Operations Manager

Overview

Wagamama's hospitality scene is alive with opportunity. From Dublin to Belfast there's energy, ambition and real momentum, and we are right in the heart of it. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and grow our restaurants across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Look after a growing patch of Wagamama restaurants across Ireland.
• Guide and support general managers, lifting their teams and creating welcoming, energetic spaces.
• Be involved in day to day service and the details behind the numbers, taking ownership and making change where needed.
• Partner with the property team to identify and secure new locations, from first walkthrough to opening night.
