Job Description

Superior Wellness is the world's fastest-growing manufacturer and distributor of premium hot tubs, swim spas, Chill Tubs, saunas, and wellness products. We lead the market through a commitment to innovation, quality, and a customer-first mindset.

As an international business importing from multiple countries, we offer a global range of high-quality products to both trade and retail customers. Our focus is simple, improving health and wellbeing through exceptional products and service.

We're passionate about helping our partners and our people grow, driven by our vision to become the world market leader in wellness products and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing Operations team, playing a key role in ensuring the day-to-day running of our operational flow is efficient, joined up, and customer-focused.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast paced, evolving environment and wants to make a real impact in a scaling business.

You'll work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Aftersales, Warehousing and R&D and be responsible for coordinating operational activity so that products, parts and services flow smoothly from suppliers through to customers.

We're a fast paced, growing business, so this role suits someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day to day operational performance across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Aftersales, Warehousing and R&D to keep priorities aligned and work flowing
  • Ensure warranty and aftersales claims move efficiently from submission through to resolution, including parts availability, dispatch and technical support
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks, driving quick fixes and longer term process improvements
  • Monitor key inventory and availability risks, working with Purchasing to prevent shortages of high priority components and spares
  • Oversee delivery and logistics performance (on time/in full), including carrier performance, issue resolution and recovery plans during disruption
  • Track and report key operational metrics (e.g., warranty turnaround, backlogs, inventory availability, delivery performance) with clear updates to the COO
What We're Looking For
  • Strong operational management experience within manufacturing, distribution and/or logistics
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Strong problem solving, prioritisation and decision making skills in a high paced environment
  • Confident working with operational data/KPIs to drive actions and improvements
  • Clear, practical communicator with a customer focused mindset
  • Experience improving warranty/aftersales operational performance and turnaround times
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement or introducing new tools/systems in operations

We're looking for someone who is hands on, reliable, and takes ownership of their work.

Our Core Values

We are a values driven business and look for team members who reflect our culture:

  • Discipline - We get things done efficiently and effectively
  • Responsibility - We own problems and solve them
  • Consistency - We aim to be better today than yesterday
  • Integrity - We do what we say we will
  • Team - We work together, support each other, and protect the team
Why Join Superior Wellness

At Superior Wellness, you'll be part of a fast growing, international business where people are trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and genuinely impact how we grow. We're building something ambitious, and we're looking for people who want to be part of that journey.

Alongside a competitive salary, we offer:
