Our client, a leading company based in Wicklow, is seeking a driven and solutions focused Operations Manager to oversee day to day production, optimise processes, and support continued business growth.

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and workflows
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective actions where required
• Manage budgets, production scheduling, and capacity planning
