Location: Liverpool (office-based with regional travel)

Salary: £70,000 per annum

About Us

We are a specialist recruitment agency partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation that is launching a brand-new Facilities Management (FM) division.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role in building and shaping the division from the ground up.

The Role

Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Operations Manager to spearhead their new FM division, based out of Liverpool. You will take full ownership of operational delivery, team development, and client relationships, ensuring the successful establishment and growth of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the launch and ongoing development of the FM division
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple commercial contracts
  • Build, manage, and develop a high performing team
  • Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and supporting tender processes
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and industry regulations
  • Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager role within Facilities Management
  • Strong leadership and team building capabilities
  • Experience managing commercial FM contracts
  • Excellent client facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with a track record of driving growth
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
