Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager - IUC, you'll play a key leadership role across our Integrated Urgent Care services, including 111, Clinical Assessment Services, face to face clinical sites and contact centres. You'll work closely with clinical, quality and service delivery teams to drive performance, improve patient outcomes and lead continuous service improvement across multiple contracts.
This highly visible role provides day to day operational oversight while influencing strategic change across the region. You'll lead and develop Team Managers, inspire cross functional collaboration, represent IC24 at system level meetings and help shape the future of urgent care delivery.
What you need- A confident and collaborative leader with experience managing operations in complex, fast paced environments
- Able to lead teams across multiple sites and services, including both clinical and non clinical functions
- Experienced in driving performance, delivering quality improvements, and leading change
- An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships internally and externally
- Committed to inclusive leadership and supporting people to be their best
- Experience within urgent or primary care is welcome but not essential - we're open to strong operational leaders from other sectors too
- Basic salary between £45,000 - £49,000 (DOE)
