About Our Client

They are a really established charitable organisation based in central London in a fabulous building. They provide a lot of different services including education, community events, they are involved in supporting LGBTQ+ and they also do refugee and homeless initiatives.

Job Description

This is a really exciting and super varied role. You will work alongside other members of staff to arrange educational events, large scale dinners, help with festivals. You will also be involved in HR such as be in charge of recruitment, induction new joiners, updating the operational best practice log book. You will also lead of health and safety, oversee facilities. You will also line manage another member of staff too.

This is a fantastic role working for a fast paced, dedicated organisation but it is also a lot of fun too.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

• Have worked in a similar operational or management role within a charity, or not for profit
• Have had experience of line management
• Be a real people person who is able to build rapport well and quickly
• Want a varied role
• Be able to cope with conflicting and changing priorities
• Be warm and personable and willing to muck in

£40,000 - £45,000 (depending on the candidate)
