Cheval Gloucester Parkis a luxury residence featuring 98 beautifully appointed, fully equipped apartments, whileLexham Gardens by Cheval Maisonis a boutique all-apartment property offering 30 stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both residences, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth team performance. You'll oversee guest services, team engagement, financial performance, budgeting, and revenue generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure service standards consistently exceed guest expectations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and commercial success.
