Job Description

Salary: up to £45k pa (depending on experience)

Our client prides itself in producing bespoke print for some of the country's most esteemed brands, charities and organisations, is seeking to employ an Operations Manager to control, organise, and monitor the flow of printed materials.

Responsibilities
  • Check the accuracy and viability of the product specification
  • Allocate, distribute and check work with colleagues
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the order
  • Improve processes and cost-efficiency
  • Manage production staff
  • Liaise with customer account managers
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure specifications are carried out
  • Comply with health and safety standards and workplace legislation
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Good decision making skills
  • Accuracy and methodology

  • A high level of communication abilities
