Job Title: Children's Home Operations Manager / Responsible Individual

Location: North West, UK

Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonuses + fuel card

Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Individual for up to six children's residential care homes in the North West.
• Line manage each home's Registered Manager, providing leadership and support.
• Ensure all homes meet company standards and OFSTED regulations.
• Lead on senior management recruitment and staff development.
• Collaborate with the SMT and HR department on staff management and organisational policies.
• Oversee the safe and effective management of each children's home, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Work proactively to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Responsible Individual within children's residential care.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
