Value Stream Manager

Job Summary

The Value Stream Manager will plan, direct, and control all activities within DePuy for one or more Value Streams, ensuring that approved products are manufactured in accordance with customer requirements, cost objectives, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• People Development: Lead, empower, and develop people to foster a continuous improvement culture, facilitate communication channels, mentor staff, participate in recruitment, conduct performance appraisals, and promote a Credo based culture.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize production to meet customer service requirements and act as the voice of the customer.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure HSE policies are implemented, investigate accidents, serve as Emergency Response Coordinator when required, and promote a safety culture.
• Cost Management: Hold people accountable for results, implement business plan objectives, reduce year on year manufacturing costs, and recommend capital investment where appropriate.
• Quality: Ensure compliance with the Quality System, GMP, and HSEE requirements, promote a quality focused culture, and lead efforts to eliminate recalls and improve housekeeping standards.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere to SOP manuals and support execution of company procedures.

Qualifications

• Essential: Third level qualification and proven track record in operations leadership or operations support functions.
• Desired: Degree or Master's in Business Administration or equivalent and strong history of high performance within the Healthcare / Medical Devices sector.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: €70,100.00 - €121,210.00.
