Reporting to the Production Director, you will manage a team of approximately 15 employees across CNC operations, sheet metal fabrication, assembly and deliveries. You will have the authority to lead the department, make operational decisions and introduce improvements.

This is a broad, visible role focused on improving production performance, creating accountability and ensuring work moves efficiently through the business from order handover to dispatch.

The Role

Managing labour, materials, stock availability and delivery schedules.

Monitoring employee performance, attendance and standards.

Supporting quality, health and safety, ISO compliance and continuous improvement.

Working with sales and estimating colleagues to provide realistic lead times and resolve operational issues.
