Operations Manager - Hard FM (Military Facilities)

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is recruiting an Operations Manager (Hard FM) based at Dale Barracks in Chester. You will oversee maintenance and response works, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires an HNC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong IT skills, and experience managing multi-site hard FM subcontractors. A UK driving licence and SC clearance are essential.
