Operations Leader for Youth Impact

A charitable organization in Wrexham is looking for a Director of Operations to bridge the gap between key stakeholders and ensure the effective implementation of its strategic plan. This full-time role involves managing approximately 31 staff and overseeing a budget of around £1.7 million. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the lives of young people and possess strong management and budget skills. The position requires in-person work with a salary of £50,000 and is aimed to start ASAP, ideally by May 1, 2026.
