Operations Leader: Drive Site Excellence & Teams

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead site teams and deliver the operational plan that meets targets at Enfield or Harlow.

You will manage Area Managers, steer shifts, and drive safety, quality and productivity across the site. Role requires experience in people management, data-driven decision making, and a solid operations/supply chain background, with fluency in English and a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
