Operations Leader - Lean Manufacturing & Growth

Bluetree Group in Rotherham is seeking a Head of Operations to own end-to-end manufacturing operations across several finishing streams. You will build and lead a high-performing management team to deliver operational excellence across seven systems: Safety & 5S, Output, Flow, Quality, People, Commerciality, and Equipment.

This onsite role features a salary up to £75,000, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Operations Director.
