Operations Lead: Guarantees & Trade Finance

Bank of America in Bromley seeks a Team Lead to manage an eight-person Guarantee Operations team specializing in Guarantees and SBLCs. You will review wording, issuances, and closures while providing day-to-day guidance and escalation support.

The role requires a strong understanding of Trade Finance, including UCP 600, ISP98 and URDG 758, with excellent English and stakeholder communication. German language skills are a plus; banking knowledge is essential.
