As a CAR-T Operations Junior Expert, you will play a crucial role in executing CAR-T production steps and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute CAR-T production steps including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation in GMP-compliant clean rooms
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and batch records for safety and quality
• Collaborate across departments to support production operations in a shift-based environment
• Support innovation by contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Maintain GMP areas by ensuring equipment cleanliness and performing environmental monitoring
• Complete GMP documentation to ensure full traceability and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Sciences, (Bio)Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Required Skills

• Prior experience in cGMP, ATMP, or clean room environments is a plus-but not required
• Fluent in Dutch or English (both oral and written)
• Strong team player with empathy, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced biotech setting
