Tech-Savvy- Quick to learn new systems and able to explain basic IT concepts. Resilient & Organised- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure. Empathetic & Logical Thinker- A good listener with strong problem-solving skills. Flexible Team Player- Willing to pitch in wherever needed to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service, Issue & Complaint Handling
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Handle queries, complaints, and incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and surveyors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of operations.
- Monitor and chase outstanding reports to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with the Customer Sales Team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
