Operations Director: Lean Manufacturing & Growth

SF Search Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Director for a well established manufacturing and fabrication business. You will report to the Managing Director and drive operational performance, Lean initiatives and an objectives driven, data led approach to delivering customer value.

You will lead production, supply chain, procurement, warehousing and logistics while mentoring high performing teams and shaping the future direction of the organisation in a hands on environment.
