Are you a strategic, commercially astute leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? We're seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee a prestigious portfolio of high end private nursing and residential care homes across Surrey and London.

As Operations Director, you will play a key role in shaping both the strategic direction and operational performance of the group.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing team of Home Managers
• Drive excellence across care quality, compliance, and governance
• Champion operational efficiency and commercial performance
• Work closely with the CEO and Board to deliver growth and development plans
• Embed a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement
• Ensure each home delivers a consistently exceptional resident experience

• Proven experience in a multi site operational leadership role within elderly care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Demonstrable success in improving performance, quality, and profitabilityA confident, visible leader with the ability to inspire and develop senior teams
• Commercial awareness alongside a genuine passion for high end service delivery
• A focus on both clinical quality and luxury resident experience
