We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide strategic and hands on leadership within a respected, engineering led consultancy. This Operations Director role is based in Glasgow and offers the opportunity to influence operational performance, culture, and long term direction within a business known for their technical capabilities.

The Operations Director will be responsible for turning business strategy into effective operational plans, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
