Our client is a well-established facilities & home services brand with decades of heritage and a reputation for exceptional customer service.The business is part of a global group specialising in home service brands, with substantial investment backing and ambitious growth plans for the UK market. With a focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion, they are now seeking a high-calibre Operations Director to lead the day-to-day running of the business and drive continued success.

The Role
Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, the Operations Director will:

  • Lead the operational strategy and execution to achieve growth, financial performance, and network expansion goals.
  • Oversee all day-to-day operational activities, ensuring service delivery excellence and a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing internal team while supporting a broad network of independent service operators.
  • Drive commercial results through strong data analysis, sales growth initiatives, and process optimisation.
  • Act as a visible leader across the business, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, company standards, and brand guidelines.

About You
We are looking for a commercially minded operational leader with:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in operations, ideally within facilities management, home services, or a comparable multi-site / multi-operator environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across a broad network.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • A hands-on, results-oriented approach combined with strategic thinking.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally.
