The Job

A beautiful business serving some of London's most loved dishes & bakery items. This is a small independent group that values nurturing and developing their teams and has proudly served food & drink to an excellent standard for some time. They are known for their excellent culture, product, industry reputation, design, and strong leadership.

You will oversee their current sites, including restaurants, bakery, and a CPU, and will be fully responsible for growing all aspects of the business moving forward.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as an Operations Manager or Director in a multi-site business. Experience in wholesale is highly desirable, as it is a key part of their growth plan. You should be an effective communicator, commercially strong, confident with financial planning, and strategic decision-making. This role is perfect for a well-rounded operations director with wholesale experience and multi-site background, capable of managing finance, HR, and facilities teams, and collaborating closely with the owner.
