Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle management, including execution, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation across global markets.
• Manage relationships with prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and technology vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain robust middle- and back-office systems to support high-frequency and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Monitor and optimize collateral management, margin requirements, and financing arrangements across long/short positions.
• Lead operational risk management, including compliance with regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and quants to align operational workflows with strategy-specific requirements, including shorting mechanics and leverage constraints.

The Successful Applicant

• Solid experience in hedge fund operations, preferably within a quantitative or multi-strategy environment.
• Deep understanding of equity long/short structures, trade booking, and performance attribution.
• Proficiency in OMS/PMS platforms (e.g., Eze, Enfusion, Bloomberg AIM) and data integration tools.
• Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, SFC, MAS, MiFID II) and fund structures (e.g., UCITS, Cayman, LPs).
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with a track record of building scalable operational teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering; CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred.
