As the Head of our Operations, you'll lead our national network of practices, ensuring exceptional patient care, strong clinical and operational performance, and commercial delivery. This is a pivotal executive leadership role where you'll shape our strategy, drive transformation, and make a real impact on the future of dental care.
- Translate the strategic goals into actionable, measurable operational plans.
- Drive excellence and consistency across daily practice operations in the UK and Ireland.
- Own and deliver KPIs across quality, performance, patient care, compliance, engagement
- and financial results.
- Lead a team of Regional Directors and Area Managers, building leadership capability and
- accountability.
- Collaborate with the People Director to build a high-performing, inclusive culture.
- Take accountability for the P&L and deliver commercial and financial goals.
- Lead cost optimisation, efficiency improvements and business performance interventions.
- Drive innovation and transformation using data, digital and design to modernise care delivery.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-site operations - ideally in healthcare, dental or regulated services.
- A commercial, strategic and people-first mindset with P&L accountability.
- Strong track record of leading senior teams and delivering results in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and service quality in a regulated context.
- Passion for driving cultural change and creating inclusive, values-driven workplaces.
- Experience in change leadership, transformation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments (e.g. CQC, FCA) and risk management frameworks.
