Operations Coordinator - 24/7 Customer Support

Volvo Group in Warwick is seeking an Operations Coordinator to own breakdown and repair cases across the UK and beyond, delivering prompt, professional support. You will manage calls, coordinate with dealers, and ensure timely, clear communication while using Volvo systems to track progress.

In this role, you will join a large UK/European team, report to the Customer Support Manager, and participate in a 12-week shift rotation with various start times.
