Operations Control Lead - Risk, Performance & Growth

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency seeks an Operations Control Manager for a role in the Isle of Man. You will establish and monitor a robust control framework, lead a Controls Team, and work with leadership to contain losses and minimise non-financial risk across end-to-end operations.

The candidate should have a First Degree in Audit or Risk Management and 5-7 years in Operations Control with banking product risk exposure. This is a full-time role requiring Isle of Man work eligibility.
