Operations Control & Regulatory Training Coordinator

Gallagher seeks a Senior Associate - Training to strengthen operational excellence across our Specialty business. You will design and deliver impactful training that supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and business transformation.

You will coordinate, create, and deliver high-quality training, support onboarding and major change initiatives, including system rollouts, by ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.
