Operations Co-ordinator

The team

The executive team comprises senior leaders responsible for the smooth operation and continued success of the firm.

The opportunity

As our Operations Coordinator, you will develop and maintain report dashboards reflecting business progress, used by key executives and investors. You will assist the COO by supporting key decisions with data analysis.

Duties will include:

• Delivering fee earners' forecasts to identify opportunities and red flags.
• Assisting the COO with board packs and management presentations.
• Analyzing operational data and providing concise summaries to support informed decision-making.
• Conducting weekly assessments of business performance against budget.
• Assessing how SLA and KPIs are being met across the business.
• Creating and managing a programme tracker for operational improvement initiatives.

Who we are looking for

• Studying or recently graduated in business, economics, or STEM-related subjects (must have graduated by May 2025 to be eligible).
