Operations Change & Implementation Leader

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting an Operations Implementation Manager for the Mountain Warehouse operation in Peterborough.

This is a full-time, permanent role working any 5 from 7, responsible for driving change adoption, coordinating projects and embedding new processes into day-to-day operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders and ensure operational readiness and measurable improvements across the site.
