With over 50 years of success in delivering quality educational and consumer products across the UK and Ireland, the company continues to expand its operational footprint. Offering a salary of £65,000 plus excellent benefits, this on-site position provides an exciting chance to lead a major warehousing and distribution operation, driving efficiency, safety and strategic growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-site warehouse operations, ensuring efficient fulfilment, logistics and distribution performance.

• Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and quality across all operational teams.

• Oversee inventory control, transport and facilities management, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and sustainability goals.

• Provide leadership to motivate and empower teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in senior warehouse or operations leadership, ideally within a multi-site or high-volume environment.

• Strong background in team management, process improvement, and budget control.

• Experience in facilities, transport/vehicle and health & safety management (CPC or NEBOSH qualifications desirable).

Location
