Era4 is building out a Business Operations backbone across the UK. From day one, you'll own admin processes, turning how we do things into written policy and ensuring they actually reflect real practice.

You'll collaborate with the Business Operations Manager and gain real ownership as you learn the ropes. If you want breadth, variety, and to shape processes rather than just follow them, this role was built for you.
