Key Responsibilities - Operations:

Key Responsibilities - Onboarding:

  • Lead onboarding for new and existing clients
  • Set milestones and manage data collection, validation, and system integration
  • Coordinate with sales, technical partners, and internal teams
  • Oversee installations, billing setup, and early-cycle performance
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations and strong client communication
Experience and skills Required
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years' operations experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in project, database, and operations management
  • Highly organised with a strategic, problem-solving mindset
