Operations & Growth Coordinator

Hoxton in Manchester is seeking a smart, organised operator to hold the operational backbone of the business day to day. You'll work closely with the senior team, with real ownership of how the business runs, including diary, travel, onboarding new clients and supporting the Principal. You'll also help with finance admin, paperwork, marketing and events.

You'll take ownership, spot what needs doing, and grow into more responsibility as the business scales. This is hands-on work with real impact.
