Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Administration Manager to join a growing and forward thinking company in West Berkshire. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of business operations, helping to ensure processes are efficient, well managed, and aligned with wider business objectives.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Managing operational processes, issues, and internal records
  • Overseeing key business procedures and ensuring they run effectively
  • Providing clear, practical guidance to stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting internal reviews, process checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analysing data and trends to provide insights and support decision making
  • Assisting with reporting and general business administration
  • Managing a small team and supporting their development
  • Working collaboratively with teams across the business to enhance processes and performance
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role within a structured/ regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of business processes and best practices
  • Experience with internal reviews, reporting, or process improvement
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
