After our first partners signed up in late 2022, 27 broking houses and 22 insurers have now traded over $150m in premium using our technology. We're targeting $1B of premium traded using our technology by the end of 2027.

About The Role:

Operations Analysts at InsurX cover a huge breadth of tasks and responsibilities. We want to nurture talent and get you involved with the parts of the business you're most excited about. The core responsibilities for a Ops Analyst however are:

Being the first point of contact for brokers submitting risks through our platform

Assessing risks against the algorithm and providing quotes back to brokers

Preparing insurance slips to be authorised

Conducting critical quality assurance of our data & reporting suite

Gain insights from our insurer and broker partners to widen the scope of business which flows through our Exchange platform

Develop and maintain tooling to manage our commission collection process

Collaborate with teams across the business to understand how we can continue to deliver value to our customers and gain hands-on experience launching new products and types of large commercial & specialty insurance
