APP81 Building Services Learning Agent (CFC) - Concierge (2 positions) APP81 Building Services is responsible for the management of real estate, ensuring its maintenance, upkeep, and renovation work. As a representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the development and management of new constructions or missions. During your apprenticeship, you will develop various skills in the maintenance of buildings, their surroundings, and green spaces. On a daily basis, you will carry out regular cleaning of the premises and ensure basic maintenance of facilities, contributing concretely to the proper functioning of the infrastructures and the comfort of all the people who use them. In parallel to maintenance work and waste management, you will actively participate in water and energy conservation initiatives. You will practice a concrete, useful, and essential profession, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. The positions are offered at the following locations: CPNE - Building and Construction (CPNE-BC) in Colombier, CPNE - Technology and Industry (CPNE-TI) in Le Locle. Positions will be assigned based on the candidate's place of residence. You have completed your schooling and show a marked interest in construction and techniques. Organized, reliable, and motivated, you demonstrate manual skills and good physical stamina. You enjoy teamwork, but can also show autonomy in managing the tasks assigned to you. Finally, your proficiency in French allows you to easily understand instructions, communicate effectively, and follow theoretical courses with ease.
