We're looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our warehouse team.
What you will be doing- Logging of goods in discrepancy issues and coordination with colleagues/suppliers to resolve
- Input into site stock cycle counting process
- Generation of dispatch documentation (picklists, dispatch notes, commercial invoices, dangerous goods notes, etc)
- Booking of freight with our approved partners
- Tracking of shipments till delivery, managing freight pre-alerts
- System updates for shipments (processing timely dispatches)
- Obtaining Proof Of Deliveries (PODs)
- Communication with freight partners, external warehouses, customers or port agents
- Reporting of site metrics
- Support site managements for operational improvement activities
- Handling orders of site equipment, consumables and stationery
- Input into and updates of Risk Assessments
- Input into corrective and/or preventative actions for safety, environmental or quality related items
- Other operational duties as directed.
- Administrative background in office, warehouse or logistics administration
- Intermediate in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
