Job Description
Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support our Operations and Workshop teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring that operational documentation, records, and trackers are accurate, up to date, and audit ready, supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain operational documentation and records (physical and digital), ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and audit ready filed.
  • Manage and update trackers and operational data to ensure accuracy, reliability and completeness.
  • Track inspections, tasks, and actions to ensure timely completion and no outstanding items.
  • Liaise with managers and operational teams across sites.
  • Support coordination of operational activities, including schedules, inspections, and administrative processes.
  • Analyse basic operational data and support reporting, including operational statistics.
  • Make sense checks to identify inconsistencies or missing information to maintain operational control.
  • Procurement of stationery and consumables.
Requirements Experience
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience managing documentation and structured records.
  • Experience tracking tasks, actions, or operational activities.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
Knowledge
  • Basic stats data handling and analysis capability.
  • Good level of English.
Nice to have
  • Experience in operational, industrial, or workshop environments.
  • Exposure to audits or structured documentation systems.
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety processes.

Salary

£25,000 - 28,000 per annum

Holiday entitlement

24 days + Bank holidays
