Job Description
Operational Support Administrator

Department: GTM

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Leeds (Cross Green)

Compensation: £30,000 / year

Description

As an Operational Support Administrator, you will support the Operational team with day to day administration tasks to support the delivery of work to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sending Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) to the client.
  • Creating job packs to send through to depots.
  • Chasing for client POs.
  • Dealing with on the day queries, chasing depot for site photos of installations/ making sure permit boards are in place and evidencing this with client.
  • Updating tracker with progress updates/POs.
  • Liaising with Streetworks team on planned works.
  • Raising VO/Abort claims as required and following up for the POs.
  • Assisting with invoice queries.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous Traffic Management experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in a similar role would be essential
