Experience with PS21-3 desired What you'll be doing Mapping key business services and running end-to-end stress testing. Identifying vulnerabilities and drafting annual self-assessments. Developing and monitoring resilience MI and KRIs. Supporting the design and delivery of continuity and resilience strategies across UK businesses. Leading crisis and incident management processes, training, and testing. Acting as a UK point of contact for crisis management when needed. Helping manage the annual resilience testing programme.What you'll bring Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management. Knowledge of FCA/PRA regulations and resilience best practice. Recent experience in the UK insurance market (within 3 years). Understanding of technical IT and facilities infrastructure. Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
