Job Description

Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead our Residential Services, ensuring safe, high-quality, child-centred care across our provision. You will support Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals, champion trauma-informed approaches and drive continuous improvement in line with Welsh regulations.

This senior leadership role requires strategic oversight, budget management and strong partnership working with families, regulators and external agencies.
