Sisk Group is seeking an Operational Lessons Learned Manager to lead a new framework for capturing, analysing, sharing and embedding lessons across projects and functions. You will drive a culture of learning, ensuring insights translate into improved delivery and reduced repeat issues.
In collaboration with the Group Knowledge Manager, you will establish standards, governance, and a central repository for lessons.
