This is a senior, influential role where you'll translate business strategy into high-quality learning solutions, ensuring our people have the skills, confidence and accreditation they need to operate safely, compliantly and brilliantly.Working closely with senior leaders, SMEs and external providers to ensure learning is fit for purpose, future-focused and compliantActing as a role model for innovation, collaboration and continuous improvementThis is a visible leadership role where you'll influence at all levels and help shape how operational learning is delivered across Anglian Water.Operational experience, ideally within water, utilities or a similar regulated environmentExperience in training, learning and development - including competency frameworksStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders Experience working with external training providers and accreditation bodies A solid understanding of regulatory, safety and compliance requirements Project and budget management experience Experience in Leading and Motivating a teamFlexible benefits to support your wellbeing and lifestyle.
