Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Coach

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is the UK's aviation and aerospace regulator, seeking a Continuouse Improvement Coach to embed a culture of CI and Operational Excellence. You will develop capabilities, coach managers and teams, and drive improvements in service quality, efficiency and risk management across the organisation.

You will build relationships, facilitate workshops, and lead cross functional projects with a focus on reducing costs while enhancing customer experience.
