Operational Change Programme Lead

Argos is seeking a senior leader to drive the Operational Change Programme across Retail, Logistics, and planning. You will oversee governance, track progress, and report to senior stakeholders to ensure delivery against cost-saving targets.

The role partners with Strategy, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Tech and People Change to surface trade offs and drive credible delivery plans while maturing change practices across a low maturity environment.
