Operating Model Transformation Lead Org Design

BRE is evolving to meet customer needs and maximise impact. This role leads design and delivery of organisation-wide operating model transformation, ensuring structures, governance and ways of working support long-term ambitions.

Reporting to the Director of People, you will assess current effectiveness, identify opportunities, and design practical solutions that deliver measurable business value. You'll champion data-led decisions and AI-enabled approaches across functions.
