OpenText - Technical Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with strong OpenText expertise to join a team supporting an ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

This role sits within a complex SAP-centric environment and requires a hands-on technical professional who can bridge business requirements with IT implementation in a high-pressure transformation context.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance, SAP teams, and integration partners to ensure the successful delivery and optimisation of invoice management capabilities during a large-scale SAP landscape evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Product Owner for the OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution within the SAP ecosystem
• Drive product backlog definition, prioritization, and delivery in alignment with the SAP S/4HANA implementation roadmap
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for OpenText VIM configurations, integrations, and enhancements
• Collaborate with SAP Finance, integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless process delivery
• Manage dependencies across SAP ECC (R/3), SAP S/4HANA, and finance boundary applications
• Support complex integration scenarios across the enterprise landscape
• Ensure product delivery meets business needs during tight separation and transformation timelines
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across the organisation

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in SAP and enterprise application environments
• Strong hands-on expertise with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• Solid exposure to SAP ECC (R/3) and SAP S/4HANA landscapes
• Experience working in complex integration environments involving multiple finance systems
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a business-facing IT role
• Experience supporting large-scale business or legal entity separations
• Strong technical mindset with a hands-on delivery approach
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
