Job Description
Retirement Villages Group is opening Yarrow, our new restaurant at Paramount Place in Tunbridge Wells, and is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join the opening team. You will lead the kitchen, mentor the team and deliver fresh, seasonal dishes for residents and guests.
Working with the Head Chef, you will help develop menus, ensure HACCP standards and create memorable dining experiences in a luxury retirement village setting.
