OPAL Play Leader: Lunchtime Play Champion

Bridgetown Primary School is seeking an outstanding OPAL play leader to provide a positive lunch-time provision for all pupils. You will oversee the Play Team and work within the OPAL team to create a safe, stimulating outdoor environment across our grounds.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to inclusion, with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team, and to handle behaviour incidents calmly.
